We get a lot of questions from people concerning some of the services we offer. Here are a few of the most often asked questions:
Q. I don't know anything about web sites all I know is that I need one. Is that ok?
A. That's fine. You don't need to know anything about the internet for us to create a great looking web site for you. All we need to know is the content you would like and a little information about your company or organization. We can do the rest.
Q. What if I don't like the way my website looks. Can I change it?
A. Yes there is always an option to change the look of your website. First we will send you a proposal. If you like the look we can publish it as a web site in just a few days. After your site is published there are several options that enable you to change the content or change the site completely. Please see our price page for some of our packages.
Q. Do you also do web hosting?
A. Currently we do not host the web sites we create. This allows for us to keep our prices low and also provide a complete "turn key" website to our customers. We are currently using a company called Tiger Technologies to host all of our websites. They are very affordable and reliable.
Q. Can I have my own hosting company host my site?
A. Yes you can. We have a design only package. After your website is complete you can move it wherever you want.
Q. Do I own my website/domain name?
A. You own all the content we create for your website. The domain name will be registered in your name. You need to renew this yearly. The hosting company will renew this automatically once your hosting account is set up.
Q. My website needs to have _____ on it. Can you do this?
A. Shoot us an email or give us a call. If it can be done. We can do it.
